Leveraging Configure-to-Order to Reduce Time and Increase Profit

We co-hosted a fantastic event this past week alongside Elfsquad partner KonfigDesign and SkyMaker AB.

It was great to meet face-to-face with many leading Swedish manufacturers. We focused on the strategy and process of 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿-𝗧𝗼-𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗧𝗼-𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿.

We were really impressed with how modular our friends to the North are already thinking, which is crucial when deciding to build a configurator. Discussions afterwards were very insightful, because the goal of these events is not just to share knowledge but to provide realistic planning and actionable steps based on experience.
