Whether a quote is created in Ridder iQ or Elfsquad, both systems reflect the same data. Quotes created in Ridder iQ are set up in Elfsquad automatically, and vice versa. All fields sync in both directions, including sales descriptions, images, prices, and product attributes. Ridder iQ workflows control how and which data is synchronized.
Master Data
Ridder iQ leads the management of master data. The product features in Elfsquad's configuration models are built from data that originates in Ridder iQ. Synchronization is based on a configurable selection, and both general product information and cost and sales prices are kept up to date automatically.
Dynamic Data
Dynamic data is generated by Elfsquad based on the quote and configuration output. Elfsquad leads this process. If a feature in Elfsquad is not recognized in the integration, it will not be carried over to ECI Ridder iQ. Sub-modular lines and memos can be controlled using tags. Bills of materials are built first, and then the quotation line is created from the BOM.
