Implement the Elfsquad Way. Go Live With Confidence.
What every manufacturer should expect from our CPQ implementation
Our Proven Process
Every stage has a clear owner, a defined goal, and a concrete outcome. No ambiguity, no surprises. That's a promise we keep.
We start with a conversation, not a demo. We want to understand your business: how you sell, how your products are configured, what's breaking down as you grow, and what "better" actually looks like for your team.
We've talked to hundreds of manufacturers. We've seen what works and what doesn't. We'll tell you honestly whether Elfsquad is the right fit. And if it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
This is where we set the foundation and where we invest heavily in your team. We kick off with a workshop that teaches your team how to build and manage the EMS model. From there, we establish the full technical and functional foundation, defining the model structure, locking in the project plan, and confirming the final implementation fee.
We move fast, but not recklessly. The goal is a real go-live within 90 days: your team actively using Elfsquad to generate output. Not a demo, not a pilot, not a proof of concept. Real use, real value, real quotes being generated.
We've done this with manufacturers across industries. We know the shortcuts that create problems later, and we avoid them.
Once you're live, the roadmap you agreed in Foundation guides what comes next. Additional phases are fully optional, defined by what your business needs, not what looks good on a project plan. Every phase should earn its place by adding real operational value.
When no active implementation is running, our customer success team takes ownership of the relationship. We stay involved, not to sell you the next thing, but to make sure Elfsquad keeps delivering value as your business evolves.
Your products change. Your market changes. Your Elfsquad should keep up. That's what this stage is for.
We come from manufacturing and implement accordingly
Manufacturers who compete on customer-specific solutions face a challenge that most software companies don't fully understand. Your variants, your constraints, your dealer network, it's not a configuration problem. It's your entire business model.
As you grow, that complexity becomes harder to manage across sales, engineering, and production. What once worked, Excel, unwritten know-how, ad-hoc processes, stops holding. Margins shrink. Errors increase. Flexibility decreases.
We've seen it hundreds of times. And we built Elfsquad specifically because the systems manufacturers were being sold weren't built for how manufacturers actually work.
"We've tried configurators before. The project took 18 months, we lost control, and now we can't change anything without consultation."
Sales quoting from memory. Engineering re-entering data from quotes. Production working from hand-written notes. Every department solving the same complexity separately.
One shared model. One source of truth. The same logic that drives your quote also drives your BOM, your engineering output, and your production order, without anyone re-typing a thing. And because your team owns the model, you stay in control as your products and processes evolve.
