Job description
Elfsquad helps manufacturers scale customer-specific solutions without losing what makes them unique. We intend to grow the same way. We build AI into how our customers configure and quote; this role builds AI into how we go to market so our own growth reflects the way we build our product.
This is not a traditional marketing, RevOps or automation role. It's an AI building role. You work closely with the marketing team, but you operate as an AI architect: you own the go-to-market engine. You design the system, build the parts that run it, and challenge how GTM is done rather than inherit it; measured on whether it actually moves the metrics that matter: qualified pipeline, conversion, cost per lead.
A big part of the work is using AI directly in marketing: generating and adapting content, tailoring campaigns to each segment and persona, sharpening targeting and SEO, and running the test-and-learn loops that are too slow to do by hand. The other part is building smart AI agents; autonomous systems that take on the work themselves: researching accounts, enriching and scoring leads, personalizing outreach, and feeding clean signals back into the funnel. Together they turn tooling, data and AI models into systems that create real marketing leverage: more pipeline, better quality, and higher velocity.
Poland is your starting point and touchstone: a new market where you build the systems from the ground up. Prove them here, then scale what works into Elfsquad's existing markets (Benelux, DACH and the Nordics) and into new ones. The AI GTM Engineer sits in Marketing, is part of the commercial team, and reports directly to the CCO.
Your Role:
- Analyze existing marketing and sales processes (HubSpot, inbound, outbound, content, enrichment) and expose manual work, friction and inefficiencies.
- Test new AI tools, models and automation concepts, learn fast, and actively stop what doesn’t work.
- Design and actually implement AI-driven flows for lead discovery, enrichment, scoring and routing.
- Use AI to produce relevant, on brand content and campaigns (inbound, SEO/GEO, nurture) without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
- Set up outbound flows based on buying signals and intent, with deep personalization for complex buying committees, with the help of AI.
- Make the effect on pipeline, conversion and velocity measurable and report it honestly.
- Constructively challenge marketing and sales with insights and concrete proposals.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents that handle marketing and sales work end to end; systems that research, decide and act on their own, not just one-off automations.
- Set sensible guardrails: keep AI output accurate, on-brand and compliant
- Turn what works into something repeatable: document, templatize and package proven systems so they scale from one market into other markets and can be run by the team, not only by you.
You:
- Have built AI systems yourself: designing and shipping AI-driven workflows (agents, enrichment, scoring, personalization), not just using them. Using a chatbot doesn't count; building systems does.
- Know where to point AI at a B2B funnel: a solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing dynamics (ICP, buying committees, pipeline, what actually moves it), and a clear sense of where AI creates leverage and where it doesn't.
- Are hands-on with HubSpot and the modern, AI-enabled GTM stack: enrichment, outreach and data tooling (e.g. Clay, n8n, Apollo), wired together into working flows.
- Can tell whether the AI is actually working: define the right metric, run a clean experiment, evaluate agent/model output, and tell signal from noise.
- Design AI systems end-to-end: think about how the parts connect, not patching point problems with a one-off prompt.
- Have judgment on quality and brand: you can tell good output from plausible-looking output, and hold the bar even when AI makes it easy to ship fast.
- Are fluent in Polish and English, verbal and written (German is a plus).

We build CPQ software for manufacturers with complex, configurable products, such as agricultural equipment, pumps and valves, packaging machinery, and elevators. Products that need real configuration logic, not spreadsheet workarounds. This is possible thanks to our core values:
What you see is what you get
We're not here to chase hype or promise the impossible. Just honest, solid software that solves real problems.
For the Makers
We exist because of our customers.
Ambitious in vision, driven in action
We want to build the best CPQ software for manufacturers, but on our terms: independent, grounded, and built to last.
