DevOps Engineer

Are you an experienced DevOps engineer looking for more ownership and a bigger impact? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for. We’re mid-flight on transforming Elfsquad into the world’s smartest CPQ platform - one that lets users build, visualize, and sell custom products directly online, with or without engineers in the loop.

About the Role

At Elfsquad, uptime is everything. But continuous improvement is what really drives us. We are looking for a DevOps leader who’s ready to take ownership of our infrastructure, from CI/CD pipelines to scalable deployments in cloud environments used by manufacturers around the world.

You bring calm to complexity. You know how to design systems that are secure, fast, and built to scale. You automate wherever possible, turning clunky workflows into smooth, reliable pipelines.

This is not a firefighting role. It’s about building and scaling for the future. You will shape the DevOps foundation that supports thousands of users, powering a platform built with advanced C# and .NET logic across dynamic environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll work alongside our experienced DevOps engineer to co-own the infrastructure that powers Elfsquad’s growing CPQ platform. This is a collaborative, high-impact role with room to specialize and take the lead where it matters most.
  • Design and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure that scales smoothly across Europe and beyond
  • Build automated CI/CD pipelines for our .NET services and front-end services
  • Optimize deployments for speed, rollback safety, and zero downtime
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth hand-offs from code to production
  • Own observability: logging, metrics, alerts, dashboards, and performance tuning
  • Harden security, control secrets, and stay one step ahead of risk

Your Stack:

  • C# / .NET Core — our platform backbone
  • Azure — for cloud infra, functions, and scaling
  • Docker & Kubernetes — for container orchestration
  • GitHub Actions — for flexible CI/CD pipelines
  • Terraform / Bicep — for infrastructure as code
  • Grafana / Prometheus — for metrics, logging, and uptime monitoring

Why Elfsquad:

  • You’ll own real infrastructure — not just babysit someone else’s setup
  • You'll work with a high-performance team that actually respects DevOps
  • Be part of an ambitious company building tech that matters to manufacturers
  • Join a hybrid-friendly team with offices in Drachten (NL) and Gdańsk (PL)
  • You’ll help redefine how industrial sales and customization happen in the digital age

You:

  • Get satisfaction from developing value solutions that make our users happy
  • An experienced DevOps engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English, verbally and in writing
  • Are passionate about your job, just like us
  • Familiar with modern cloud environments, especially Azure
  • Excited by infrastructure that scales cleanly
  • Passionate about security, reliability, and developer experience

We Offer:

  • A full-time position with possibilities to work from home and competitive conditions of employment and above average salary
  • Broad opportunities for growth and education
  • A lot of responsibility and a diverse range of tasks
  • A fun, international and young team across borders, informal working atmosphere and plenty of fun activities after work hours
  • An annual trip abroad with the whole team
