Implementation Specialist

Job description 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Guide customers through the setup and implementation of Elfsquad CPQ, ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding experience.
• Deliver customer training sessions and workshops, both online and on-site, covering configuration models, quote generation, and workflow management.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, proactively checking in and offering ongoing guidance, best practices, and advice.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and hands-on support during implementations to minimize disruption to customer processes.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks early and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical or process-related challenges.
• Facilitate recurring implementation meetings to track progress, gather feedback, and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure customers clearly understand implementation steps and milestones to achieve value from Elfsquad CPQ as quickly as possible.
• Capture and share customer feedback, common challenges, and improvement opportunities to help continuously enhance our software and implementation approach.

What We Require 

• A growth-oriented, hands-on mindset, with the eagerness to develop further as an Implementation Specialist while helping customers successfully integrate Elfsquad into their IT landscape.
• The ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into clear, practical, and effective solutions.
• A strong affinity for technology and systems, with experience using tools such as MS Excel, ERP systems, CRM Systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Software or IT environment (a plus, not a requirement).
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A structured and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to make an impact.
