Content Marketer (DACH)

Job description 

As a Content Marketer at Elfsquad, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate within the DACH region. You’re not just writing content — you’re building a narrative that connects people, technology, and innovation. You’ll dive deep into the manufacturing world, learn about the challenges our customers face, and translate those insights into engaging, educational, and inspiring content. Whether it’s crafting an SEO-optimized blog post or writing a powerful case study that showcases our impact — your words will help us grow our brand, generate leads, strengthen relationships with customers and position Elfsquad as the thought leader in the CPQ and manufacturing tech space.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to the DACH market
  • Write, edit, and localize blog posts, newsletters and website pages
  • Work closely with our digital and creative marketer to create visually engaging content that enhances storytelling
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to support campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across all German-language content
  • Stay up to date with trends in the DACH market landscape

What We Require 

  • A hands-on mindset
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to refine strategy
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
  • Native German and fluently English, both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel
  • Are a self-starter, and, like us, are motivated to work!
