Implementation Specialist
(DACH)

Job description 

You:

• Have a hands-on, proactive mindset and enjoys helping others succeed
• Can translate complex requirements into clear, practical solutions
• Feel comfortable working with software, systems, and data
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Enjoy working in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
• Software or IT implementation projects
• Are organized, structured, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Are fluent in German and English
• Are based in the Frankfurt / Rhein-Main area
• Have experience with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems
• Have previously had customer-facing roles in SaaS or tech
• Are a strong communicator and have presentation skills

Your Role:

• Guide customers through the full implementation of Elfsquad CPQ
• Deliver onboarding sessions and workshops (online & on-site)
• Act as the main point of contact during implementation
• Ensure implementation projects stay on track, in collaboration with the project manager
• Provide hands-on support and real-time troubleshooting
• Proactively spot risks or bottlenecks and help resolve them early
• Work closely with the Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams
• Lead implementation meetings, track progress, and manage expectations
• Translate customer needs into clear configuration and setup choices
• Share feedback and improvement ideas to continuously improve our product
• You’ll play a key role in turning new customers into long-term success stories.
