Project Manager

Job description 

As a Project Manager at Elfsquad, you’ll be making sure our CPQ software implementations run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll manage several customer projects at the same time, structuring timelines, clarifying requirements, and ensuring the right resources are in place. Your role bridges the gap between our Pre-Sales Consultants, Implementation Specialists and Integration Consultants: transforming requirements into concrete project phases and guiding customers through the rollout. With your technical understanding and organizational skills, you’ll create clarity and momentum in complex implementation processes, especially in a manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple CPQ implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Consultants to translate customer requirements into clear project phases and actionable plans.
• Coordinate and support Implementation Specialists, ensuring they have the resources and clarity to succeed.
• Oversee project progress, timelines, and proactively identifying risks and providing solutions.
• Create structured project plans with existing customers, scoping requirements and driving successful new implementation phases.
• Lead project kickoffs with customers, aligning stakeholders and clarifying scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

What We Require 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SaaS or software implementation environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several projects in parallel.
• Technical understanding of software solutions; experience with manufacturing projects is an advantage (ERP, CRM, CAD)
• Experience in stakeholder management and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp knowledge is a plus).
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
