Job description
Join the Elfsquad team as a Technical Support Specialist and make a real impact by offering personalized, hands-on support to our customers via phone and email. Your technical expertise will help resolve issues quickly and keep everything running smoothly for our customers. You'll manage incoming tickets with care, collaborate closely with our development team to address more complex challenges, and contribute valuable feedback to improve our software. Plus, you’ll ensure our documentation is always up-to-date, making every customer interaction seamless and positive.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine work with further education. You can study Technical Business Administration (Technische Bedrijfskunde) part-time at NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden on Fridays, while working Monday through Thursday. This setup is perfect for combining the pursuit of an HBO degree with gaining valuable job experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line telephone and email support, demonstrating technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
- Assess the importance and priority of incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Collaborate closely with the product and development team to report and resolve issues efficiently, while identifying when to delegate tasks to the appropriate teams or individuals for effective handling.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation about the software, including its features, user guides, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring it remains up-to-date and easily accessible to both customers and internal teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software by sharing customer feedback and identifying common challenges.

- Solid technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and support software-related issues efficiently.
- Willingness to create, update, and manage software documentation
- Working experience in a fast-paced Software/IT company is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
