Your Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

  • Identify high-potential manufacturing companies in DACH or Benelux
  • Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest
  • Arrange meetings with qualified prospects for our Account Executives

CRM & Process Management

  • Maintain and update HubSpot to track outreach and improve conversion
  • Organize your pipeline and prioritize your tasks

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to work on lead generation campaigns
  • Share insights from prospect interactions to improve lead generation

What your day could look like

Start with a team check-in, review your goals, and get ready to dive into lead research. You’ll explore manufacturing companies and spot where Elfsquad can make a real difference.

πŸ•™ 10:00 – Smart outreach
Craft personal and compelling messages, and connect with potential leads. You'll also prep for any upcoming discovery calls.

πŸ•› 12:00 – Break time
Take a break, grab lunch with your team, and join the daily ping pong competition.

πŸ• 13:00 – Get stuff done

Follow up on your outreach, book meetings for the sales team, and share insights. You might join a sales or marketing meeting to see the bigger picture.

Update HubSpot, reflect on the day’s wins, and get ready to do it all again.



What We Need

  • Language skills: You speak either Dutch or German fluently, and your English is solid
  • Commercial mindset: You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to start conversations
  • Ambition: You're looking to grow into a full-time role in sales
  • Structure: You’re organized and can manage multiple leads and tasks at once
  • Education: You're currently enrolled in a relevant MBO or HBO program
