Business Development Representative (BDR) Internship

Your Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify high-potential manufacturing companies in DACH or Benelux
- Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate interest
- Arrange meetings with qualified prospects for our Account Executives
CRM & Process Management
- Maintain and update HubSpot to track outreach and improve conversion
- Organize your pipeline and prioritize your tasks
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to work on lead generation campaigns
- Share insights from prospect interactions to improve lead generation
What your day could look like

Start with a team check-in, review your goals, and get ready to dive into lead research. Youβll explore manufacturing companies and spot where Elfsquad can make a real difference.
π 10:00 β Smart outreach
Craft personal and compelling messages, and connect with potential leads. You'll also prep for any upcoming discovery calls.
π 12:00 β Break time
Take a break, grab lunch with your team, and join the daily ping pong competition.
π 13:00 β Get stuff done
Follow up on your outreach, book meetings for the sales team, and share insights. You might join a sales or marketing meeting to see the bigger picture.
π 16:30 β Wrap up
Update HubSpot, reflect on the dayβs wins, and get ready to do it all again.
What We Need
- Language skills: You speak either Dutch or German fluently, and your English is solid
- Commercial mindset: You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to start conversations
- Ambition: You're looking to grow into a full-time role in sales
- Structure: Youβre organized and can manage multiple leads and tasks at once
- Education: You're currently enrolled in a relevant MBO or HBO program
