About Cibes Lift Group
Cibes Lift Group designs and manufactures vertical platform lifts for residential and commercial use, sold through a global network of direct sales teams and distributors. Their products are configurable by nature, with many variants, regional requirements, and customer-specific specifications. That customer specificity is their competitive advantage. But as they grew, it became increasingly difficult to manage.
The Challenge
Cibes had a configuration and quoting process that could not keep up with the demand. Configuring a product took between 10 and 25 minutes. Every update or change to the system required external consultants, which meant waiting sometimes weeks or even months before anything could be adjusted. Sales teams and distributors were slowed down at every step.

With Elfsquad, Cibes now has powerful data analytics capabilities that allow them to analyze performance and make informed decisions faster. Looking ahead, they plan to expand Elfsquad to their Illinois facility to standardize operations across all production units.
