CPQ Consultant

Function description

As a CPQ Consultant, you are involved with the implementation of our critical CPQ software, from sales to delivery. In this period, you have several responsibilities.

During your workday, you advise customers on how they should compose their product in the configurator, and via which sales channels they are looking to roll this out. On top of that, you think along about technical and in-depth issues about the usage of our software. You work with your Support colleagues a lot, to support customers with implementation of the software even when you are on the road.

As a consultant, you bear the responsibility of a number of Elfsquad customers. Besides supporting these customers with setting up the configurator, it is your responsibility to make the implementation go smoothly, and find any possible challenges in the customer’s process.

Lastly, you educate users during implementation, so that they can maintain and expand Elfsquad CPQ themselves. You make the customer independent, and directly contribute to the scalability of Elfsquad.

You:

• Have an academic thinking- and working level.
• Have experience with customer contact or are communicatively strong.
• Are capable of interpreting complex information and requirements and to convert them into suitable solutions.
• Are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Have affinity with platforms and systems such as: MS Excel, CAD, ERP, or MS Power Platform.
• Are analytic, goal oriented, and organisatorically strong.
