As a Customer Success Specialist you manage contact with existing customers. You are responsible for ensuring that your customers use the configurator successfully. You think about how to continue and further add value for a customer after phase one is up and running. You are focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
A large portion of your day you engage with the customers in your portfolio. You are aware of the current state of use of the configurator and you advise the customer where the opportunities lie to use the configurator (even) better. If a customer is going to use new functionality, you schedule your consultancy colleagues for the implementation. In addition, you have close contact with the product owner so that the wishes of your customers are taken into consideration for the product development roadmap.
Customer success is an important task within Elfsquad. Without our existing customers we are nowhere. In addition to your customers, there are general tasks such as a survey about implementation or general satisfaction and follow-up.
