We're a fast-growing company with a strong product-market fit and an expanding customer base across Europe. To support this next phase, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Director who fits this stage of growth. Someone who can lead and scale our commercial efforts across sales, marketing, and international go-to-market strategy.

 

Your Role

As Commercial Director, you will be part of Elfsquad's senior leadership team and own the full revenue engine. You'll align and lead our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, scale our international growth, and take charge of our commercial strategy per region.
Your mission: drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable revenue growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy: define and execute our go-to-market approach across different regions and segments.
  • Lead sales & marketing: manage and grow the commercial team (currently 8, projected to grow to 15+) across multiple disciplines.
  • Overall business strategy: represent the commercial team within the management team.
  • Align revenue functions: ensure tight alignment between marketing, sales, customer success and the other departments to deliver full-funnel performance.
  • International growth: expand Elfsquad's footprint in existing and new markets, with deep understanding of the European SaaS and manufacturing landscape.
  • Forecast & report: set revenue goals, own the pipeline, and report directly to the CEO.
  • Team building & leadership: inspire, hire, coach, and scale a high-performing commercial team.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in leading revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a scale-up phase.
  • Experience developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional commercial teams.
  • Data-drive mindset with an ability to translate metrics into actions.
  • Excellent English; Dutch and/or German are a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of the European market, especially in B2B/industrial software.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
