Customer Success Manager (DACH)

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers. You’ll help them get the most out of Elfsquad, guide them through challenges, and ensure long-term success and satisfaction. Your work directly impacts customer retention, growth, and overall experience.If you enjoy working with people, understanding their business challenges, and helping them succeed with technology, this role is made for you.

You:

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management (preferably SaaS or in the Manufacturing industry)
  • Have a hands-on, customer-first mindset
  • Enjoy building relationships and earning trust
  • Can analyze customer situations and turn insights into solutions
  • Communicate clearly and confidently — both verbally and in writing
  • Are proactive, organized, and take ownership
  • Are native German and fluent English
  • Are based in the Frankfurt / Rhein-Main area
  • Willing to travel to customers when needed
  • Holding a valid driver’s license

Your Role: 

  • Be the main point of contact for your customers and build long-term, trusted relationships
  • Hold regular check-ins to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help customers get maximum value from the Elfsquad platform
  • Identify risks early and work proactively to prevent churn
  • Spot opportunities for upsells, expansions, and renewals, working closely with Sales
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, and Marketing teams to improve the customer journey
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to ensure long-term success
