Growth Marketer

Job description

As we continue to build how AI can help our customers configure and quote, we're building the same discipline into how we go to market: every campaign and every experiment should tell us something and move the number that matters.
In this role you own the growth funnel end to end: from the moment someone becomes aware of Elfsquad to the moment they're a qualified opportunity in Sales' hands. You turn demand into pipeline, and you make conversion, velocity and cost per lead measurable; not assumed.
You work closely with the Performance Marketer, who owns the always-on channels (website, SEO, paid) that build and capture demand, and with the AI GTM Engineer, who builds the AI-driven tooling that makes marketing and sales faster. Together you form the Marketing team under the CCO. 
AI is not a side tool in this role, it's how you scale. You use AI to generate and test campaign variants faster than a manual process ever could, to personalize nurture tracks for different segments and buying-committee roles, to spot where the funnel leaks before it costs pipeline, and to run more experiments in parallel than one person could otherwise handle. You run campaigns like experiments; but the judgment on what's actually working, and what's just plausible-looking, stays yours. 
 

Your Role:

  • Own the funnel from marketing qualified lead to sales qualified opportunity, and be accountable for conversion rate, velocity and cost per lead at each stage.
  • Design, launch and manage nurture and lifecycle campaigns that move prospects through the buying journey for multi-stakeholder B2B deals: using AI to personalize tracks per segment and buying-committee role instead of running one generic flow for everyone.
  • Run a continuous test-and-learn program powered by AI: generate and test more campaign variants (messaging, offers, channels, segments) than a manual process allows, read the results honestly, and act on them fast.
  • Own the content and tone of voice on the website
  • Work with the AI GTM Engineer to build and refine the AI workflows behind your own campaigns: content and creative generation, personalization at scale, and signals that flag where the funnel is leaking; while owning the judgment on what's genuinely working versus what only looks good.
  • Segment and target campaigns by persona, production strategies and vertical (agricultural equipment, pumps and valves, packaging machinery, elevators, and more), working from Elfsquad's ICP and buying-committee dynamics.
  • Manage the HubSpot campaign and automation setup: workflows, lists, reporting, and the data hygiene that makes attribution possible.
  • Partner with Sales on lead scoring, routing and handoff, so marketing-qualified leads convert into real pipeline rather than stalling at the handover.
  • Report honestly on what's driving pipeline and what isn't, and use that to reprioritize; including telling the team when a channel, campaign or AI experiment should be stopped.
  • Take what works in one market and templatize it so it can scale: not as a copy-paste playbook, but as a foundation you adapt. Same ICP, different region, different market: what lands in Poland won't land the same way in DACH or the Nordics. You bring the creativity and market feel to customize the approach for each one, and the ownership to make it work locally.

You:

  • Have 5+ years hands-on experience running growth or demand generation campaigns in a B2B (SaaS) environment: you've owned a funnel stage, not just executed a content calendar.
  • Understand B2B buying dynamics: longer cycles, multiple stakeholders, and the difference between an MQL and a deal that's actually going to close.
  • Are comfortable with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform) and know how to build a campaign, a workflow and a report yourself.
  • Think in experiments: you can frame a hypothesis, pick a metric that isn't vanity, and read a result honestly even when it's not the one you hoped for.
  • Have used AI directly in your own campaign work, not just as a chatbot for inspiration: generating and adapting content and creative at speed, personalizing outreach and nurture, and running experiments you couldn't run manually; and you know where it genuinely saves time versus where it just looks fast.
  • Have judgment on quality and brand: you can tell a good campaign from a plausible-looking one, and you hold that bar even under time pressure.
  • Are a strong, clear communicator in English (Dutch, German, or Polish is a plus).
