Our customer Fulton, based in Pulaski (New York, United States), manufactures and sells industrial and commercial boilers. Fulton was founded in 1947 by Lewis Palm and counts 615 employees. They have companies throughout the United States, some in London, one in Canada and two offices in China. All of their customers need something different, and Fulton gives them every possible option. Everything related to boiler production is done in-house. They offer customers installation services and all the support they need. The boilers primarily go to sales representatives.

Fulton used to use Excel to configure products. Once a boiler was configured, it had to be manually entered into their ERP. This process was not only time-consuming but also created a high risk of making mistakes. That’s when they discovered that CPQ could solve their problems. Now Elfsquad is fully integrated with their ERP (Odoo), as well as AutoCAD and Inventor.
